Refund policy

At Chrono de Lux, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that occasionally, a watch may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind after making a purchase. That's why we have implemented a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns:


- Our returns policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date of receiving it.

- To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all the original paperwork and tags.

  • All return postage costs will be at the buyers expense 
  • Each item can only be purchased and returned once by a single customer. Any further purchases on the same item by the same customer will be exempt from our refund policy. 
  • Returns outside of the 14 day time frame, a refund will not be issued. 
  • Returns can be made in store within the 14 day time frame. 
  • In-store purchases are not subject to these terms and returns will only be issues with a credit note or exchange. This is in accordance with the fact that all items are available to be viewed fully in store. 


2. Process for Returns:


- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through email or phone. Provide us with your order details, including your name, order number, and reason for the return.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

- Once you receive the RMA, securely package the watch with all its original accessories and documentation.

- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

- Ship the package back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method.

- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

- If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Please note that our returns policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their returns policy.
